What we collect, and when

This site never asks you to create an account. There are only three situations.

1. You ask us to call you back

The callback form collects your phone number. We use it solely to call you back. We never use it for unsolicited outreach and never pass it on to anyone.

2. You book an appointment

Appointment booking runs through Calendly, which collects your name, your email address and whatever you enter in the booking form. That information reaches us so we can arrange and honour the meeting. Calendly acts as a processor and applies its own privacy policy.

3. You browse the site

We measure your visit (pages viewed, traffic source, device, actions such as clicking through to booking) using Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta pixel (Facebook, Instagram) and OpenAI's ChatGPT Ads pixel, loaded through Google Tag Manager. These tools set cookies and serve to measure the site's traffic and how well our ads work. Measurement runs from the moment you arrive, with no banner and no prior question.

We would rather be plain about this: that measurement is not purely anonymous. It allows Google, Meta or OpenAI to connect your visit to an ad you clicked on. You can object to it — how to do so is set out below, under “Your rights”.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not ask you to accept or refuse cookies: analytics and advertising measurement runs by default, from the first page view. The Swiss Data Protection Act allows this on two conditions, both met by this page: that we inform you, and that we let you object.

Cookies strictly necessary for the site to work and stay secure remain active in all cases; they are not used to track you.

To object to the measurement, a line to hello@oggo.ch is enough. You can also block these cookies in your browser settings.

Why we process this data

  • To call you back or reply when you get in touch.
  • To arrange and carry out an audit or meeting you have requested.
  • To understand what brings visitors to this site and measure how our campaigns perform, so that we do not spend on advertising for nothing.

The first two purposes rest on your own approach and the pre-contractual steps it calls for; the third rests on our legitimate interest in knowing what our ads bring in — and your objection stops it.

Who this data is shared with

We sell no data and pass none to third parties for commercial purposes. Only the providers needed to run the site and our appointments are involved:

  • Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager) — analytics and advertising.
  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — measurement of our ads.
  • OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads) — measurement of our ads.
  • Calendly — appointment booking.
  • Infomaniak — website hosting, in Switzerland.

Transfers outside Switzerland. Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc., OpenAI and Calendly are based in the United States: measurement and booking data is transferred there and processed there. These transfers rely on the contractual safeguards those providers put in place. The site itself is hosted in Switzerland.

How long we keep it

Callback requests and appointment details are kept for 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. Analytics data follows the retention periods configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

At any time you may ask us to:

  • give you access to the data we hold about you;
  • correct it if it is inaccurate;
  • delete it;
  • object to its processing — in particular to the measurement of your visit — or withdraw any consent you may have given us.

One address covers all of this: hello@oggo.ch. We reply within a reasonable time and at no cost. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we apply technical and organisational measures suited to the sensitivity of the data involved. No transmission over the internet can, however, be guaranteed to be entirely secure.

Links to other sites

This site links to third-party services (appointment booking, remote support, our clients' websites). Once you are on those sites, their policy applies, not ours.

Changes

We may update this page. The last-updated date appears at the top; that date is what counts.

Governing law

Swiss law applies, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva.

We'll call you back

Leave us your phone number and we'll call you back as soon as we can.
